OJC, with its 14 years of experience in the deployment of procurement digitalization processes, has once again successfully deployed Ivalua for an International Automotive Leader who grosses approximately 8 billion € of revenue.

During the 12-month project, we deployed the entire Source to Contract modules to cover direct and indirect spend for their 160 engineering and industrial sites.

Setting up the Ivalua system as a Vendor and Master Data Management tool for their worldwide direct and indirect suppliers, incorporating 4 different ERP systems has been the major challenge for the project.

Our main goal was advising on the business process to build a reliable and sustainable solution to accompany the organization’s improvement in short, mid, and long terms. With OJC Expertise, an efficient core model for the entire business units was delivered on-time and within the estimated budget.

Despite the covid pandemic, the project did not stop. Having only one face-to-face meeting, the five parties of this project, located in six different locations, were able to work on the same objective to successfully complete the project and prepare their 460 buyers and other stakeholders to use the system. An OJC key success factors have been our ability to intelligently combine our business and technical expertise across the project to advise our customer.
